Our Policies

At our salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors, to getting gel manicures or luxuary facials, to the moment they leave. Need to Cancel?

We require 24 hours or more to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled during this 24 hour window are subject to 50% of the service charged to the card on file. No shows are charged 100% of the service booked.

Not feeling well?

Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick in anyway. We don’t want to get the staff or other clients sick as well. Thank you!

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please text/call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and charged the 50% cancellation fee. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked so will shorten to fit in the time we have left in order not to run over into the next client's appointment.
